The 30 square metre flat is located on the twenty-eighth floor of the JResidence Tower in the centre of Hong Kong. The aim was to maximise the storage space with built-in furniture and to offer the possibility to receive guests despite the limited space. The schematic plans were translated and produced by local craftsmen.
